Call for Papers

We are pleased to invite you and your institution to participate in the 2025 15th International Conference “Advanced Computer Information Technologiesthat will be held on September 17-19, 2025 in Šibenik, Croatia.

The topics for the 2025 15th International Conference on Advanced Computer Information Technologies conference include (but are not limited to):
  1. Computational Intelligence and Mathematical Modelling 
  2. Information in Economy and Management
  3. Cyber Security
  4. Specialized Information and Computer Systems
  5. Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive Systems
  6. Information Technology in Education

Accepted conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. Conference Proceedings will be published before the Conference start. Proceedings will be indexed with the ISBN number. 

Best of presented papers on the Conference will be recommended in extended articles for publication in a special issue of the "Bavarian Journal of Applied Sciences" and journal “Advances in Cyber-Physical Systems”.

The paper should define the scope of the paper, emphasizing new advances, theories and/or applications and include an analysis of results.
The final version of a paper must be 4-6 pages and be prepared according to the following guidelines (IEEE Proceedings Format) in DOC or DOCX formats (in English only). An extra fee of EUR 20 will be charged for each additional page above 4 pages.
All submissions have to be made using Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/
At least one of the authors (presenting author) of each accepted paper is required to register, pay participation fee and participate in the Conference.
The number of co-authors is no more than 6.
The Conference self-citation restriction policy regulates that the self-citation level should not exceed 20% for authors.
The similarity content of the final paper should be kept strictly below 30% (including references) as per IEEE rules and guidelines.
The similarity index from a single source shall not exceed more than 10%.
Any submission discrepancy, high plagiarism issues or formatting errors might lead to the exclusion of the final paper from the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore later on.

  • providing a podium for scientists to present the results of their researches and scientific results in the field of advanced computer information technologies;
  • the motivation for scientific activity;
  • exchange of advanced ideas and research results;
  • development of creativity in scientific activity.
From submission to final decision or publication, one dedicated Co-Chairmen coordinates the review process and serves as the main point of contact for authors and reviewers.
For conference papers, the peer review process is handled by the conference ITPC committee.
At least two review papers are collected for each submitted article. Suggestions of reviewers can be made by the Editor during pre-check. Alternatively, ACIT Editorial staff will use qualified reviewers from our database, or new reviewers identified by web searches for related articles.
Authors can not recommend potential reviewers. ACIT staff ensure that there are no potential conflicts of interest and will not consider those with competing interests.

The following checks are applied to all reviewers:
  • Hold no conflicts of interest with any of the authors;
  • Should not come from the same institution as the authors;
  • Should not have published together with the authors in the last three years;
  • Hold a PhD;
  • Are experienced scholars in the field of the submitted paper;
  • Hold an official and recognized academic affiliation.
Reviewers who accept to review a manuscript are expected to:
  • Have the necessary expertise to judge manuscript quality;
  • Provide quality review reports and remain responsive throughout peer-review;
  • Maintain standards of professionalism and ethics.
